Rooms are spacious with a balcony. they are old but well maintained. Food of the resort needs to improve. service is good. location is fantastic.

Didnt expect much from this place after reading negative reviews but they pleasantly surprised me. Gave us a free room upgrade. Food was limited in option but tasty. There was running hot water at 6 am. Bathrooms could do with a little maintenance though. Good for 1-2 nights.

Superb experience at Hotel Mount Regency. Hotel has luxurious & spacious rooms, having fresh atmosphere. Entrance is so good, which feels awesome. Mr. Dipak ji is nice person, very friendly & co- operative, he has provided best service. To avoid cold he provide heater also. Restaurant has delicious food. Staff is also good & generous. My family was so happy during the stay at Hotel Mount Regency. Five star rating from my side. Thank you for warm welcome & service.

An okay place to stay with decent food. The service to my surprise was the best thing if the entire stay. Rooms were below par as far as both quality and functionality is concerned and that left me a little disappointed.

Hotel Mount Regency not perfect for family stay. They have spacious rooms but amenities are very poor. Hot water available in limited hours. Switch boards not in working condition. They have limited option in breakfast buffet (In case for less number of clients). Location and view not too much attractive.

The Location is near by to market,walking distance from Nakki lake. First they said the Breakfast is complimentary but while chek out time they charge n gives a bill ,I didn't argue n paid. They can tell clearly at first day only as the Breakfast option were less like Poha,Upma or Puri bhaji which is not worth comparing to bill. Otherwise hotel is ok with poor wi fi.

The rooms are now stinky and smelly , not well maintained. Donot go to this hotel now. This used to be better place , but now only drunkards visit here

Nice & clean rooms, walking distance to markets, lake and many more activities. Staff was very co operative. Service was good and also food was delicious. Must be recommended. pure veg. Hotel.
